Firstly I want to explain how this criminal mindset is developed. People developed these traits in themselves like laziness, and jealousy of others and want to take revenge because their ego gets hurt. When these marginal people realize that the world doesn’t owe them squat for just existing then maybe the growing up process can take root. If you watch them in their interactions you will notice a pattern of trying to take advantage of others. They often think throughout their life that they are clever and more capable than they are and that the world around them is dumb.
These kinds of people speak very fastly. They create a passage of time to shrinkage you. However, For these people, it will become very easy to deal with if we always say no. The more people engaged in criminal activities, the more addicted to it they become. It's a type of ethics distemper. According to me, the criminal mindset are of 4 types of people-
1. People who chose shortcut paths to fulfil their needs and commit small crimes like stealing.
2. People who want to take revenge
3. Retards who don't have any motives and just do stuff like acid attacks, rape, stalking, etc.
In the Court of law, the power of our criminal justice system depends on its exactitude— its potential to convict the guilty and to immaculate the innocent. But we know that dystopia convictions happen. Recognising and understanding the causes of dystopia convictions is essential to maintaining the integrity of our justice system. In nowadays people were easily get trapped into those crimes for which they are not responsible because of a lack of situational awareness in them and another thing is that in a legal sense a person is innocent until proven guilty publically as a convicted person in the court of law that means all police shooting pawn of chess is "innocent" because they don't even have the chance to go for the trial procedures.
So it's a question for us why the innocent people put into jail? The reason behind this is that the state has the burden of proof! They have adequate evidence to condemn them whether they are innocent or not, unfortunately, without any fault, the innocent person goes to prison. The state presented sufficient proof to convince the arbitrator, or the person frightened being found blameworthy would consequence in worse charges so they take tactics to deal even though they are innocent. It's nostalgic indeed!
To protect innocent people from going into prison, the justice system will stop going through its unprecedented problems, when prosecutors and police officers are held responsible for their incompetent ethical misconducts when they are caught concealing or destroying evidence. All the people are currently in jail because they can't afford bail.
At last, I want to put your attention to the fact that criminals were roaming freely while the innocents are in the prison and the victims are still waiting for justice so a longer period taking and are suffering a lot due to our criminal justice system. What happens to the central agencies when it comes to cases involving Bollywood Criminals as the prime culprits roaming freely because they have the power of money to put a tape in the mouth of the system?
Cruelty to wife is already addressed through existing laws, if not perfectly. But then so are cybercriminals roaming free, some females stalk, molest, rape men roaming free. The solution to these isn't bringing up laws that send anyone to jail basis someone's words. In this article I m not harming any people's emotions or not in the favour of any political agenda, I just want to put the actual reality in front of people. The criminal mindset type of people is roaming around us which we are not aware of. So we should be careful of those people and put our voice to the public that things which are not going right in our colony, society and our country too.
