Users are required to carefully read and accept all the terms and condition put down under “Terms and Condition” before you use our website for registering any of the event organized by Capability Development Institute. Acceptance

Website is the SIFS property, and by using or accessing the website user agrees and accept the terms and conditions hereof. User of the website also acknowledge that the company is not responsible or liable for any data lost while transferring information on the internet, as internet is not 100% safe and secure. 

Payment

Event fee will be mentioned on the registration form for the particular event and participants are requested to make payment prior to date of the event. If in any scenario, payment is not received by the event organizer within 7 days of your registration, SIFS reserves the right to cancel registration. Participants are responsible to pay all fees, charges, and taxes of the event.

Communications from Us

Personal information shared by the participants at the time of registration may be used to share the important notices, upcoming event details and necessary information from time to time by email or contact number.

Data Privacy

We believe in keeping your trust on priority, therefore SIFS takes data privacy very seriously and ensures that the information shared by participants at the time of registration are safe and secure. For more detailed information, refer to SIFS Privacy Policy section.

Waiver

Participations at any of our events constitutes an agreement by the participants to SIFS for using participants photos and voice in videotapes, audiotapes, or photographs for purpose of promotion and advertisement in near future without any further consent, sharing your details amount to agreement of usage. Delegates at any of our event, who wishes not to be filmed should inform organizing team by email prior to the event.

Liability

SIFS  has made every single effort to ensure that the info and data available on website is up-to-date and correct to knowledge of the company. The info and data available on the website is subject to update or change whenever required. Users, who are using the website are solely responsible for their actions taken and its consequences.  None of the SIFS staffs, volunteers, members or any associated person of the Company is responsible or liable to any individual person in respect of anything whether wholly or partially, upon content of the website.  

SIFS employees, members, representative, volunteers, directors, assumes no liability for any kind of loss, theft, damage, or injury (including death) sustained by participants or property while participating in any of our events. 

Users Restrictions

Users of the website are restricted from publishing our website content material in any other media, publicly performing any website material, use the website to engage in any advertising, commercializing our website material, or any other unacceptable act. SIFS reserves the right to restrict your usage of the event services.

Changes to Event

SIFS reserves the right to make necessary changes (like change in venue and timing) to the published Event programme whenever required. In such condition, the event organizer is not liable for any expenditure, loss experienced by the delegates.

Changes to Terms & Conditions

SIFS reserves the right to change or update the terms and conditions of the website anytime without any prior notification to the users, therefore users of the website are requested to take few moments to read the terms and condition carefully.

Reporting Violations of Terms & Conditions

If any users of the website noticed that somebody else is failing to adhere to the above mentioned terms and condition, can reach any of our team member via email. Anyone found to be affianced in any of excruciating act may result in deferment of your usage of the event services which may also result in prohibition from future registering.

Third-party Engagement

In case of third party involvement, terms and condition will be subjugated individually as per company norms.
