How can I register for the upcoming event?

Please go through the individual event description for the registration process. For any issue write to us at capabilityinstiute@gmail.com

Will I be getting any confirmation after completing my registration?

Yes, you will receive a confirmation via email.

How can I pay for the event?

You can pay for the event via our Payment Gateway or PayPal.

What forms of payment are accepted?

For Indian – IMPS, NEFT, PhonePe, G-Pay | For International – PayPal, Western Union | Bank details will be provided on the demand of participants.

To whom should I contact regarding registration and payment?

How do I know if my event registration payment has been received?

You will receive a confirmation email, once the event registration payment had been received by CDI.

Can I pay the registration fee at the event venue directly?

Every event conducted by CDI is different, so kindly confirm with the organizing body that whether you can pay at the venue or not.

Is there any facility of accommodation for the participants provided by the CDI?

No, CDI will not provide any accommodation to the participants. It’s the responsibility of participants to arrange their accommodation.

Will CDI help in getting accommodation?

Yes, we will help you as much as we can.

Till what time should I arrive at the venue on the event day?

Please be at the venue 25-30 minutes before the event is scheduled to start to avoid any kind of inconvenience.

Am I supposed to bring anything related to events?

Everything will be provided to you on the event day.

How do I know whether there is any pre-event task required?

If any such thing is required to be completed, you will be notified via email.

Does Capability Development Institute conduct Virtual events also?

Yes, we do conduct many virtual webinars and events.

What will be the platform for virtual events?

Will I get a certificate for attending the event?

Yes, you will get the certificate for attending the event according to the norms of Events

When will I get my certificate of participation?

We will share the certificate of participation within a week after the event. If you found any issue after receiving the certificate please contact us.

What should I do if I haven’t received my participation certificate within the given time?

Please write to us at capabilityinstitute@gmail.com with your details (e.g. Name, Institute, and Event Name for which you are seeking the certificate).

How safe and secure is my personal information with CDI?

We endeavor to maintain proper technical measures to safeguard the information you provide at the time of registration. Please refer to the Privacy Policy section for more details.

Can I transfer my spot to another person?

Yes, you can transfer your spot but only after taking confirmation from the CD.

If I am not able to attend the event, will I get a refund?

No, CDI does not issue refunds for non-attendance at paid scheduled events.

If the event is cancelled by the CDI, will I be getting a full refund or not?

Yes, you will be getting a complete refund.
